DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials, otherwise, your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

You have 30 days to return an item to us in its original condition. Any modifications or alterations to the product will void the original warranty. We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages, during delivery. Please be patient as we have to claim the damage with the shipping courier and send you the parts or replacement.

Each product comes with detailed installation instructions and the necessary hardware. You can also visit our website to view installation videos.

Most products can be installed with basic tools and do not require special skills. Just follow the instructions provided.

Currently, we do not offer direct installation services but can recommend professional installers in your area.
